• - Speeds up to 30 lm/min (normal speeds 12
  - 20 lm/min).
  - Max weight of carpet: ca 1.400 gr/m² (due to dryer limitations @ 5m/min).
  - Line components
  o Unrolling device (lifting big rollers with forklift with pin, above the chair and pulling down the carpet). Only useful if you want to pull of the carpet for pile - direction flattening with line - direction.
  o Sewing - machines (we have several sewing machines to offer). If you are interested let me know.
  o J- box with special “widening- roller” from E+L with centering facility, to avoid plies and crushes.
  o Table steamer with heat - exchanger (steam - water)
  o Sellers single shearing head yr 2010
  o Prewash - overflow unit with massaging rollers and vacuum - extraction (with double pot separator and vacuumpump 55 kW).
  o Kusters Foulard with “schwimmende walse” (oil - expandable to have equal pressure over the full width)
  o Many “widening” rollers with moveable bars (to avoid carpet plies).
  o Centering device
  o Mahlo device coupled with normal skew/bow apparatus for automatic weft straightening.
  o Beater roller for pile-lifting for perfect top printing especially on fine velours.
  o Zimmer rotary printer 12 colors (yr 2006) with automatic design - report correction (saved from last run in the same design). Machine has the adjustable magnetic beams for deep penetration of colordyes, automatic reporting in 360°/lateral/diagonal Machine is liftable for quick release of washing water (when screens stay on the machine for next run in other colorsetting) Equiped with AW’ s quick change system for preapartion of up to 12 new screens for the nextdesign, with automatic mounting device for screens on colorfeedtubes and washing of screens. Exchange of a set of up to 12 screens to the next prepared set, takes max 10 minutes.
  o Gum - applicator Mitter (mounted on the printbed).
